The available upload and analysis options are evolving. The GeneBe web application shows the current supported workflow.
Workflow​
- Upload a VCF, FASTQ, or BAM sample.
- Select the relevant genome build and analysis options.
- Review and filter the annotated results.
- Create a report from selected variants.
